Our Packages
Full Weekend Package-$4,500
This package includes access to all facilities, including the Bridal Suite and Groom’s Suite, beginning Friday at 8 a.m. and ending Sunday at 12 noon. This package option is ideal to ensure plenty of time for set-up, rehearsal, and time to relax on the big day with minimal stress. The majority of set-up will be completed for you upon your arrival. Our goal is to make your weekend at The Cove smooth, relaxing, and free of crisis.
A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date with the remaining balance due 30 days before your event.
Hourly Rental - $75-$100/hour
Here at The Cove we also offer hourly event rentals for gatherings such as birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, retirement dinners, corporate events, family gatherings, and much more! This offers access to the main barn, kitchen, restrooms, and all outdoor areas. We offer these rental times on Sunday-Thursday unless your desired date is within 60 days in which case we can allow rental on Fridays and Saturdays if the desired date is not already booked. With hourly rentals all clean-up is the responsibility of the renter and trash must be taken with you when your rental is over.
We require a 4 hour minimum rental time and the price is $75/hour for under 100 people and $100/hour for more than 100 people.
A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to reserve your date with the remaining balance due 30 days before your event.
Elopement Package - $2,500
This one-day, budget friendly, package option is offered on Sunday-Thursday and includes access to all facilities on the property on the day of your event beginning at 12 noon and ending at 12 midnight. If there are no other bookings that conflict with your event time slot, then earlier access may be granted at 8 a.m., however, this is not guaranteed. Set-up is not included with this package.
A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to reserve your date with the remaining balance due 30 days before your event.
With all weddings we require our customers to purchase event insurance, we can put you in contact with our insurance agent to complete this. These policies usually cost around $125-$150.
All wedding packages include tables, chairs, white tablecloths, and access to our decor closet. (The decor closet includes beautiful centerpieces, votives, greenery, signs, lighting, etc.)
